Cross-Disciplinary Multidimensional Material Analysis
Laufzeit: 01.03.2024 bis 31.12.2027

Im Vorhaben Cross-Disciplinary Multidimensional Material Analysis ist geplant, die an der OVGU vorhandene Infrastruktur effizient zu nutzen und die gezielte Weiterentwicklung mehrdimensionaler, gekoppelter Methoden von Rasterelektronen- und Ionenmikroskopie mit Strukturaufklärung, Elementanalytik und in-situ-Prüftechnik auf dem Gebiet der interdisziplinären Materialentwicklung voranzutreiben.
